Trackr Pro started the way most useful tools do: someone needed it and nothing else worked.

Our founding team came from enterprise infrastructure, working on large-scale European programmes where deployment under pressure, systems integration, and operational clarity were non-negotiable. When we moved into broader job searches, we hit the same wall every serious job seeker hits: applying across dozens of roles on LinkedIn, company sites, and through recruiters, then losing track of everything within weeks. A recruiter would email about a role from three weeks ago, and we couldn't remember which CV we'd sent, what the job description said, or whether we'd even taken notes.

Spreadsheets broke down after twenty rows. Notion boards became another admin job. And the existing tools we tried were either too convoluted for what should be a simple workflow, too expensive for what they offered, or left us uneasy about what they were doing with our data. We didn't want our CVs and job-search history sitting in some platform's training dataset.
