Trackr Pro is a privacy-first Chrome extension and web app that captures every role you apply to, scores your CV against the job description, drafts cover letters with AI, and helps you prepare for interviews. Personal identifiers are stripped from your CV before any AI request is built, so the model sees your career context but not the candidate. The web app at trackr-pro.com is the management workspace. The Chrome extension is the one-click capture layer for any LinkedIn, Indeed, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Wellfound, Otta, Y Combinator, or other ATS job page.

Founding Members (first 200 paid sign-ups) get 50% off any Plus or Pro plan, locked in for life.

## Privacy approach

Trackr Pro strips personally identifiable data from your CV before any AI request is built.

Removed before the prompt reaches the model:
- Full name and initials
- Email address
- Phone number
- Home address
- LinkedIn profile URL
- Personal website URLs
- Date of birth
- National Insurance, SSN, or equivalent ID
- Embedded photo

Retained for the model to use:
- Skills, languages, certifications
- Employer names, roles, dates
- Project names and descriptions
- Education institutions and dates

AI providers used: OpenAI primary, with Anthropic, Groq, and Gemini as fallbacks. All API-tier (not consumer-tier), so customer data is not used for model training. User data is encrypted at rest in Supabase. Trackr does not sell user data, share applications with employers, or feed any user content into AI training pipelines.

Yes. The free tier covers 20 applications, 2 CV variants, and 40 AI credits per month. No credit card required to sign up.

**Does Trackr Pro send my CV to OpenAI?**
No. Personal identifiers are stripped from your CV before any AI request is built. The model sees skills, experience, and dates, never your name or contact details.

**What is an AI credit?**
One credit covers one AI action: a CV match score, a cover letter draft, or an interview feedback run. Free includes 40 credits per month, Plus 290, Pro 820. Note: TRISM Quick Match in the extension does not use AI credits.

**Does Trackr Pro work with LinkedIn job posts?**
Yes. The Chrome extension captures roles from LinkedIn Jobs, plus Indeed, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Wellfound, Otta, Y Combinator, and 12 other ATS platforms.

**Is Voice Interview Prep available on Free?**
No. Voice Interview Prep is Pro tier only at £19.99 per month or £199 per year, with 50% off for Founding Members.
